CCT's Solution Development and Implementation Process

Situation Analysis
Jay Gentry, with balanced participation from the client company, conducts the necessary research to determine performance objectives, content, and implementation alternatives. This may involve interaction with company employees, field interviews with current and potential customers, and/or meetings with individuals from the client's distribution channel.
Solution Design
Based on the findings from the research and with appropriate involvement from client personnel, the detailed solution design is developed. The resulting "action blueprint" has been built on consensus, and is therefore "owned" by the client personnel involved.
Development of Solution Elements
Jay Gentry is personally involved on all projects. When necessary, due to size, complexity, or time constraints, Jay will function in the role of "general contractor", to assemble a team of professionals and incorporate available materials, processes, and personnel — including qualified resources from within the client organization — to create the specified solution elements. In order to optimize effectiveness, the project team is made up of the most specifically qualified independent personnel available. Our network of resources includes a great number of experienced independent consultants, and we enjoy professional alliances with several other consulting organizations through whom proven programs and processes are available.
The Implementation is carried out according to the solution design. Generally, initial facilitation is done by Jay Gentry in concert with team members. At the appropriate time, and after the necessary coaching process, the facilitation and management of the solution elements transitions completely to the client organization. (Implementation alternatives include large meetings, interactive workshops, and Web based webinars, meetings, and coaching… with and without integrated video).
